These Terms of Service govern your use of InjunPalpe's website and neural network consulting services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InjunPalpe Pty Ltd regarding the use of our neural network consulting services and website. Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 years or older with legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
You may use our website to learn about our services, read our content, and submit legitimate business enquiries. You agree not to use automated systems to scrape content, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the website for illegal purposes.
While we strive for accuracy, website information is provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon for specific business decisions without professional consultation.
InjunPalpe provides neural network and artificial intelligence consulting including system design, implementation, training, and support services. All services are delivered according to agreed project specifications and timelines.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, ensuring access to necessary data and systems, maintaining appropriate security measures, and complying with applicable laws.
Service fees are agreed upon in individual project agreements and may include fixed project fees, hourly rates, milestone payments, and ongoing support fees. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 30% deposit upon commencement, progress payments at milestones, and final payment upon completion with Net 30 days terms.
Overdue accounts may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
InjunPalpe's methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools remain our property unless specifically transferred. Client data and pre-existing intellectual property remains with the Client. Ownership of custom solutions is addressed in individual project agreements.
All website content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of technical specifications, business strategies, financial information, and any information marked as confidential. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure protocols.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination and continue indefinitely unless information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
InjunPalpe warrants that services will be performed with professional skill and care, in accordance with industry standards, by qualified personnel, and in compliance with Australian laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific services giving rise to any claim. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice, remaining liable for services performed up to termination. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment after 60 days notice, insolvency, or impracticable circumstances.
Upon termination, outstanding fees become due, confidential information is returned, and work products are delivered as agreed.
These Terms are governed by South Australian and Commonwealth Australian law, with disputes subject to South Australian court jurisdiction. Before legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation, mediation, and arbitration if necessary.
